You can hear the sound of a basketball being bounced down there on occasion. There is also an abandoned classroom behind the old girl's bathroom in the basement. The       spirit of an elderly gold digger with a big beard and a hook instead of his right hand was made out mounted on a bike on a murky highway in the neighborhood of Elkhorn. There have been other testimonies regarding this ghost in the area. Some of the locals say this ghost enjoys frightening foolhardy people who come looking for ghosts in Elkhorn. In   any case, this spirit undeniably is creepy; one that any commonsensical person wouldn't want to run into. The phantom of an elderly female holding a handgun has frequently been seen in a home in Elkhorn. The phantom of a flight attendant is repeatedly noticed shining a lamp mid stream in Big Slough. No matter what, this is an antagonistic ghost that you shouldn't go trying to find. The ghost of an aged Indian chief has been noticed on many instances by Wiebe Dam at night looking at the water.
