It was April 12th,2007 approxiamately around 11:30pm at night.I was going north traveling down 40th and Highway 2 going north towards O street as I came upon 35th and O there's a Post office that sits across the street I looked both ways for traffic as I was going to proceed to turn right when something caught my eye I looked up towards the 3rd streetlight and saw this mist like a fog or something, But the strange thing about it all the other lights didn't have the same thing under it and the fog was shaping and forming like moving around and stuff. So I asked my friend I said what the heck is that

and he said I don't know so I said I'm gonna go see it was like this thing had me hypnotized in some kind of trance. So as I proceeded to turn right and come around the block where I was facing it from

another angle my friend gets out of the car and a police officer pulled up and asked was everything ok and I told him there's no probelm officer I'm just trying to figure out what that is under the streetlight and so he turned and looked up and he took off and left us standing there he was also spooked so I was telling my friend to get back in the car this thing was forming all kinds of shapes it looked as if it was coming towards his head so he went to run towards the car and I was in complete shock. This ghostly fog/mist looked like a long hand with really long fingers floating in the air shot out into

the cemetary I will never ever forget that encounter with what or who it was really scary.

I was in my house and I was walking up my stairs. Then I looked up and out the
window in the bathroom which was straight ahead. There, in a tree, I saw a dark figure who was moving slowly up the tree. I hid my face in my shirt and looked back up. At that time I saw it at the top
of the tree on a very slim branch->[not big enough to hold a human] I was freaked out then he jumped out of the tree to our window. He dissapeared with his face looking like a 5 o'clock shadow beard with
red eyes and the rest was too dark to see he disappeared so I went back down stairs to my sister who was standing in a hallway. She had a blank stare and looked like a man, the man in the WINDOW!!!!.

The ghost of a woman with a fancy white dress and a little baby I her arms has been seen walking down a dark lincoln road at night.

While the sun is up
you may well believe Lincoln, Nebraska is exactly identical to any other municipality, but this municipality is visited by the undead after sunset. Some of the dead and buried will not pass on in this
municipality. People who have never stayed overnight in this municipality will surely tell you it's a pack of lies, but the phantoms of Lincoln are out tonight trying to locate someone to freak out.
These
are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
The phantom of a shackled up gentleman is sometimes distinguished in 40th and Highway 2 Park after midnight hauling a dead
body over rocks. One thing is for sure, it's a frightening spirit that you don't want to run into in the early morning hours before sunrise.
The spirit of a bum is known to have been observed on frequent instances bass fishing from the water's edge of Holmes Lake very late at night.
