Offutt A F B, Nebraska Ghost Tales Just now i was looking at a video that i recorded earlier september while playingat the park with my niece, we were actually the pnly ones in the park and now, as i was showing the video to my younger sister she made a comment about the four individuals who were standing on the background staring down us. They all seem to be dark-skinned and one is wearing a black dress and hat, the other a black shirt and brown pants, the third one is sort of floating in the air with black hair and white cloack, while the fourth one seems to be looking back at the three figurs wearing all white. I wish i could upload the video it is so scary!!. Submitted by Marisol       Categories: park, figures The building to the left of the old theater on generals row has repeated problems. The strongest one of which is that half of all camera shots inside the building are developed with lights and blotches on the photograph. Tthe workers inside the building say it is the ghosts inside because after several replacement cameras and       film. The problems still exist.  Also, people come into there offices in the morning to find desks and furniture moved, office supplies relocated elsewhere, and electronics set on static.
