One night I decided to go in there with a camera and a thermal camera. I saw people walking around on the top balcony and when i looked up away from the thermal camera there was no one, but I still had a friend looking at the thermal image on the camera and he saw the figures. Later on we went back up there right as they were closing up the passageway and we asked if we could investigate     and showed them the footage from few days ago. The people said it was fine and we went in there and sat with tape recorders to get an EVP. Electronic voice phenomenon and later that night we went over the EVP and found out that there was a man in his mid 40's who was shot in there. I didn't manage to ask the city for the facts, but i was scared out of my mind when at the end of the EVP a dark deep demonic like voice told us to get out and never return. I have gone back in there but not to the third level balcony.
