They are called dri apartments. I had the same exact experiences as you have. I looked this up online one night because I was so scared and wanted to find out why it might be haunted. Only about 5 apartments were being rented out including mine. What apartment were you in? I was in number 11. Only one other person had experiences and     it was in number 3. They also said people that lived in there before them told them about experiences as well. Specific things that happened to me was one night in particular. My boyfriend woke up at about 4 am because he Felt something hit his chest and I had heard it but nothing was there. We couldn't fall asleep so my boyfriend and I were messing around and calling out the spirits and provoking them. Suddenly the mood changed and I Felt like we shouldn't do it anymore.
