A woman holding her   head beside her arm was noticed staring through mobile home windows in Wilsonville late in the night. The phantom was unconcerned that there was somebody else present. The ghost of a guy with half his head missing was witnessed startling folks in Prairie Dog State Park right by the park headquarters. When the eye witness appeared the spirit ran off.
