Some of the departed don't want to rest in peace in this city. Several local residents claim there are no ghosts, but there in fact are frightening things going on here in Aubrey in the dark hours.

A tremendously bloodcurdling ghost was noticed carving a gap by Cat Creek. When the ghost was perceived it faded away into the air. Some
 
    of the folks who live here argue this ghost is the tormented spirit of a former Aubrey person who lived here.

The spirit of an aged lady hauling a gun was witnessed gazing over Warrior Bottom late
  in the night. The spirit was ingested by the thin air after being spotted.

The ghost of a waitress is regularly spotted ascending out of Cypress Swamp drenched in mud late in the night.

The phantom of an aged cleaning lady has purportedly been observed on numerous instances in an Aubrey highschool late at night striding the corridors. It has been asserted that this specific spirit is the spirit of a visitor that was killed while journeying through Aubrey some decades ago.

A black as coal cat that turned into a woman can often be seen in a mirror in an Aubrey apartment; the ghost was exclusively detectable in the mirror.
