Regardless of what, it is indisputably a creepy phantom that is rather not messed with.

A sizeable scary phantom has occasionally been noticed at Alter Lake Dam after midnight piling pebbles. One of the people who live here determinedly says that this ghost is that of a resident who settled here in De Witt many years ago.
