The spirit of a farmer in a farmer hat is once in a while seen in a Grapevine apartment. One of the residents confidently asserts that this spirit can be the soul of a local who passed on here

The ghost of a young air force pilot may every now and then be witnessed showing up in a mirror. Several of the folks who live in this town claim this ghost might be a famous days gone by resident of Grapevine.
A youthful girl wearing a bloody dress was observed quite near the entrance to Toltec Mounds State Park appearing terrifying. When the ghost was observed it vanished into the thin air.
