I was walking through a ghost town between Hickory Ridge and Fisher on the line and I saw a man with a torn short that looked to be like a rebel flag on it and he had fish Hooks on chains and he was chasing me down.
Then he disappeared so I stopped running then I was by some woods and heard dogs barking and howling and that man appeared again but this time he had 7 dogs with him and they were all hanging by Hooks on trees.

it looked to be like a man in the back ground it looked like he had white sheets on him hanging down and he had a noose hanging from a tree

so then I ran all the way back out to the highway. Stay away from Hickory Ridge and Fisher and in between!!!!.
