Judsonia, Arkansas Ghost Tales  I Live Next To The Little Red River In Judsonia. My Property Joins The Federal Game Reserve. There Was Once An Indian Village Located On This Site Some 300 Plus Years Ago. The Burial Ground For The Village Was Right Behide Our House About 800 Feet. I Have Found Teeth And Pieces Of Whole Human Bones In The Past. Over The Past 25 Years I Have Encountered A lot Of Strange Happenings At Our House. Lights Going Off And On, Cabinets Door Open And Shut, Door Bell Ringing Late At Night, Loud Sounds At Night, Sheets Being Pulled Off You At Night, Strange Lights In House, Doors Open And Shut, Transparent Indian Figures Appear And Disappear. Submitted by JOSEPH       Categories: home, native_american My son is a truck driver and one morning about daybreak he was driving through Imoden Arkansas when he witnessed a hair raising situation.  He was driving by a old school or church when he saw an small girl in a white dress swinging in a swing in a large tree.  Thinking this was odd for this time of morning he slowed       down and turned his head to take a second look and realized nothing was there.  Said he got chills and hair stood up on the back of his neck.  Is there and history to this story.  Is there anyone who knows a history to this story. In March of 1952 the town was demolished by a tornado, if any ghosts roam it would be from that time of destruction. There are some tragic events surrounding certain familys, strange no ghost stories surrond those events to date. Is there activity of ghosts here...yes, but from my standpoint none as graphic as the mentioned stories. Objects move about, words out of no-place. Folks who have never stayed for a few days in this municipality will laugh and say it's lies, but the things that happen here in Judsonia at night will frighten you. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The ghost of a female having satanic symbols engraved into her foot has once in a while been perceived at Bridges Lake Dam around midnight taking pleasure in the view. Residents here who have perceived this phantom say this phantom loves scaring foolhardy people who come searching for phantoms in Judsonia.
