Panicked by the watchers the phantom departed into the shadows. The phantom of a youthful air force pilot materialized on the pinnacle of Denim Hill late at night looking at the vista. When made out the ghost came up to the watcher who then fled. One of the folks who live   here firmly says that this ghost is that of a local person who existed here in Poughkeepsie in the past. A youthful girl dressed in a blood-covered dress was observed hanging out in a derelict building in Poughkeepsie. There have been additional stories involving this ghost in the area.
