In one house both the residents and I would hear someone running through the house every night just after midnight. The house has three levels and it is possible to run a complete circle through the first and second floors without interruption. I suspected at first that it was just     one of the kids trying to play a joke. One night I sat up by my door and waited for the person to run by with the intention of grabbing them. I heard the footsteps begin and waited until they got close then I stepped out to grab them but there was only footsteps that continued to travel right passed me. The area of the house right outside my room (the staff room) was always cold even though there was a heating vent located there. On numerous occasions I heard voices that had no source and saw shadows that moved where no person or thing that could have caused   (continued on the next page...)
