It is said that a ghost hangs around the old 1950s school building in Washington, Arkansas. It turns lights on and off and many times the light will come on when it is needed the most. A lady was climbing the stairs to the second floor carrying a heavy load of books.
The light came on just as she reached the top of the stairs. The ghost seems to be in touch with the lights in the old school. In the old court building children's spirits are sensed throughout

the building.
They didn't know the building had been used as a school/courthouse for many years.
