The ghost of an aged gold digger with a big mustache and a hook instead of his right hand may now and then be observed concealing a dead body by a sizeable boulder in McGavock-Grider Memorial Park late at night. According to what the residents say, this ghost is that of a local who settled here in Wilson in the past.
