Baskin, Louisiana Ghost Tales - PAGE 2 | |

In a house I use to live in on Roger Miller Road in Baskin , LA. There would be strange things happening there. The air on our central air would go all the way down and no one would mess with it. A white male in his early forties has been seen in the hallway by many of my relatives. Everyone of them saying he felt threatening. The only one that didn't feel threatening was a young girl about seventeen or eighteen who stayed in my younger sister's room. She says she woke up one night and saw her standing next to her bed smiling down at her and when she raised up she was gone. This younger girl is also a little prankster I believe, because on occasions when my sister and I would be watching TV in her room and the channels would start to flip from one channel to another. But the most scariest experience I have had in this house was in hallway the separated my parents, my sister, and my room. For some reason every time at night when I would go into the hallway, I felt uneasy like I was being watched, I put it off because there was a huge

air duct above my door and I just thought my imagination was going into over drive. I got up around midnight to go to the bathroom that is across from my sister's room. I get there and I felt a sudden chill on the back of my neck, well I turn around and the man is standing directly in front of my door. He is wearing very old overalls and a straw hat.

I take a step closer to the bathroom and he has got an evil expression on his face. Well when I finally in front of the door, he raises his hands and starts coming toward me when he is about two steps from me I find my voice again and scream as loudly as I possible could. My dad comes running out of his bedroom and I am on the floor shaking like crazy. Another experience was in my bedroom where I saw the man again at my door. Again his arms were raised and he was coming toward my be. My sister has only seen the man out of the corner of her eye and she had the same feeling as I did about the hallway, but she told me that the girl, who she called Mandy, didn't make her feel threatened or even afraid. In some strange way she felt protected by her, the man could be sited all over the house just not in Matty's room, that is my sister. I believed that ''Mandy'' kept him out and protected my sister. If you read this I would like to know if you have had similar experiences at this house. Our house is on Roger Miller Road, cause I have been trying to
