'' the crying ghost and or the Wilber puff ghost is reported to be known for following people who lie or people who cheat others. I have never had the pleasure of meeting the crying Wilber puff ghost. But I guess it could actually exist in spite of the fact I have yet to encounter a ghost spirit or anything else paranormal. It's been my experience     to hear all kinds of Odd stories about Baton Rouge because I have lived here most of my life.
