Well, I had live in baton rouge all my life in a Louisiana. I do feel them (spirits/ghost) all my young life even now. But sure giving a creep see those hooded figures by the window in 1991.

Most of the people here in Baton Rouge, Louisiana are merrily uninformed of the horrifying secrets this city keeps; this is a city where the living dead march the streets at night. Things go down here that cannot be scientifically explained. People who have never spent the night in this municipality will laugh and say it's superstition, but seeing is believing and if you spend a night here in Baton Rouge, you may perhaps spot a spirit.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The spirit of a gentleman with half his head not there was observed in a Baton Rouge residence. The ghost saluted the onlooker. Whichever way, it's a frightening ghost that is better not interrupted.

A woman having an axe in her head is often spotted in Airline Highway Parish Park on a dark night smoking a pipe. Several folks assert this ghost may perhaps be a famous yesteryear resident of Baton Rouge. In any case, it certainly is a creepy spirit that you don't want to encounter on a dark night.
