The ghosts name is 'wilber puff ' and he was hanged Many years ago for stealing horses. A couple of years after Wilber puff was hanged it was discovered that he was not the thief. Another Man confessed to stealing the horses because he was telling people that the spirit of Wilber puff kept following him around. He says the spirit would look at him and cry. I was just wondering if there is still some kind of two Story House there in Baton Rouge that the owners have discovered it to be haunted.
