Fort Polk, Louisiana Ghost Sightings - PAGE 11
(...continued from the previous page)|
It was like he was checking on my children and I while my husband was gone. I have seen a woman in one of the rooms downstairs and even smelled her perfume. I was doing laundry and felt someone grab my arm and I was alone in my house.
My neighbor has seen ghost solders marching in the woods behind her house at night. If any one else has seen any thing in the houses on Perez St. Please let me know. I would love to know the history behind these houses.

Comment by Angie: I lived on Perez for 3 years back in the early 2000s. Our doorbell would ring off and on like crazy in the early morning hours. I sat in the dining room while my husband was in our bedroom so we could catch who it was...
No one was there. Lights flickered on and off an one night I was laying in bed after my husband deployed and I saw a dark figure standing at the foot of my bed. I never told my daughters about this and my oldest refused to sleep in her room for months because she heard scratching in the closet.

I don't have a sighting. But my mom died in base housing in 1989. My sister was 3 years old and I was 4 we were asleep upstairs and my mom shot herself downstairs. And it would be cool to know if anyone has seen anything.
