The phantom didn't care that there was someone else nearby. Folks who have witnessed this phantom assert this phantom is the undead spirit of a long gone Georgetown resident. In any case, it's a bloodcurdling ghost that is better not disrupted. The ghost of a woman   having half her head not there was spotted in the center of Alligator Branch going wild. When the observer became visible the spirit escaped. Regardless of what, it's sure a creepy spirit that you wouldn't wish to come across at the stroke of midnight. A female with a knife in her head is regularly seen up on the top of Johns Hills scraping out an outlet.
