The phantom of a youthful lady in a bloody dress may regularly be spotted reading a newspaper in Cook Creek. A number of of the folks who live in this town declare this ghost is that of a person who settled here in Grand Cane in the past. One thing is for sure, this ghost undoubtedly is frightening;
 
    one that any commonsensical person wouldn't want to bump into.

A headless lady can be noticed very frequently in Jaycees Park around midnight hiding a dead body by a big rock. If you listen to the locals, this phantom enjoys scaring foolhardy people who have the nerve to disturb the serenity in Grand Cane. In any case, it's a bloodcurdling ghost that should be let alone.

The phantom of a teenage girl has occasionally been seen trimming bushes in the front garden of a home in Grand Cane.
