Custom Search Grand Coteau, Louisiana Ghost Sightings   I go to the local catholic girls school in Grand Coteau and all of the students know the ghost stories of that area. Our school dates back to the pre-civil was period and battles during the civil War were fought on campus. Our school had slaves and a Miracle occur on Campus as well as a nuns' grav yard. The most common ghost Story is of the ''headless nun which no one really believes. Its said she haunts the older school     building. One night I was in the older part with some friends when we heard a scream. We stopped and heard it again. No one was in the building as it was summer and nighttime (we were staying for a summer camp). Needless to say we ran back to the newer building and the boarding school and didn't leave. Plus, and boarder will Tell you they always hear slamming doors and weird noises at night.
