In Lafayette there is a dental office that has been there since the 1970s. Dr. Robert practiced dentistry there for over 30 years. He later sold his share of the office building to another dentist and rented it back to continue his practice until he wished to retire. At one point while he was hospitalized and was trying to recover, the other dentist came in and tore out all of the cabinets, X-ray equipment, dental chairs, saying that he was just going to put new flooring in.
The reality was this shifty dentist wanted the old doctor' space and was pushing him out while he was ill. This action deeply upset the old doctor and caused him to wither away and die. Soon after his death things started happening at that dental office. Pictures moved; noises happened, and papers shuffled. Then there were shadows of a man passed by in the evening scaring the office help. It became obvious that the spirit of Dr. Robert was back to haunt the dentist that did him wrong. Things are still happening to this day!.
