While staying there I have seen a woman in the House next door that looks like a ship(Texas & s grand) walking in a long flowing White dress looking out of the windows towards the ouachita river(always very late at night after midnight. Keep     in mind it was empty every-time this happened and very dark). It was supposedly built by her husband who was a ship captain that died on the river. T really want to investigate it for EVP's apparitions etc but will need to get permisiion from the new owners.
