A female with a machete in her head has supposedly been perceived on one or two occasions floating down Black Water Bayou at the stroke of midnight.

A wandering ghost can every now and then be observed clutching a human headbone on the shore of Dunns Lake.

The ghost of a young-looking Indian warrior was perceived before dawn soaring across Prairie Du Bayou Rouge. The eye witness freaked out and ran away.

The ghost of a jet pilot became visible staggering in the middle of a wild highway in close proximity to Plaucheville. The ghost didn't
 
    seem to be bothered by the watchers. According to the locals, this ghost may be the spirit of a local resident who died here in Plaucheville some time ago.

The ghost of a sturdy lumberjack clutching a large axe was distinguished coming into view in a restroom mirror. The ghost saluted the onlooker. Anyhow, it sure is a frightening ghost that is preferably not disturbed.
