Springfield, Louisiana Ghost Tales


You may well feel that Springfield, Louisiana is exactly identical to any other settlement in the States, but the ghost tales reported by the people who live here are enough to make anyone re-evaluate spending the night around here. Things dance about, cries out of nowhere. People who have never stayed for the night in this town will let you know it's a pack of lies, but the spirits of Springfield are out tonight searching for a person to terrify.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a gentleman holding a sword can occasionally be perceived gazing at the sight from the summit of Rose Mound at midnight. Locals here who have spotted this ghost allege this ghost likes scaring foolhardy people who come trying to find ghosts in Springfield.

A lady with larvae crawling out of her nose was noticed around midnight visiting Duncans Bluff. When the watcher came into view the spirit escaped.

The phantom of a bound up lady came into view at the stroke of midnight
 
    fluttering across Brier Patch Island. The arrival of the bystander scared the ghost who then faded away. A person who lives here claims that this phantom could be the spirit of a local who passed away here in Springfield long ago.

A lady grasping her head under her arm was distinguished by Lobell Farms Dam at night staring at the water. The
  watcher got freaked out and ran away.

The phantom of a man with half his head lost emerged looking irritably at the eye witness in the early morning hours before sunrise by a road sign in Springfield. The ghost didn't seem to be scared by the viewers. One of the people who live here firmly declares that this ghost may very well be a distinguished old days native of Springfield.

A beheaded female was perceived wandering through a residence in Springfield. The phantom acknowledged the presence of the onlooker.

The ghost of an 11 foot enormous person was witnessed at Amite River in the early morning hours before sunrise chucking chunks of concrete into the water. When the phantom was observed it disappeared into the air. In any event, it without a doubt is a scary ghost that you shouldn't go trying to find.
