Submitted by anonymous The Altus City Reservoir is also haunted by the ghost of a man in his late 20's. With the ghost of this man are the ghost of two little girls also. Legend says the man commited suicide by driving his car into the reservoir after a bitter divorce in the eary 1960's. When the car was pulled from the water he was still clutching his two small daughters in his arms. The man was later     buried in an unmarked grave at the old Francis cemetery two miles west of Humphrey's, Oklahoma. The only way you can determine there is a grave where he was buried, is because through the years the ground has settled and there is an indention where the grave is.
