There was once some moonshine stills in that area where the old 'fuddy duddys' went to get what they refered to as ''wild cat'' moonshine whiskey. Maybe there are ghosts in that area. I don't really know! But I would be willing to say most of the ghosts were seen after a few swigs of happy juice from a Mason fruit jar.
Then again maybe I'm just too skeptical as a grown up adult now. I have not been to Antlers since 1986 and doubt if I ever go

Comment by Nate: Yep I know what Wild Cat moonshine is. And if a person drinks enough of it they will see and hear just about anything. Nope I do not believe in any kind of ghosts but do know what spirits from a jar will do to anyone.

To the untrained eye Antlers, Oklahoma is just another ho-hum little town where a lot of retired folks live. This is the impression most people get after visiting Antlers. On April 12, 1945, Antlers, Oklahoma was struck by an f-5 tornado that killed 69 people. One of the long dead victims of the tornado cannot find any peace. Her body was discovered in the top of a tree after the terrible tornado. It was very hard trying to recover her body because it had been impelled by a large tree limb.
