In any event, it undeniably is a bloodcurdling spirit that you shouldn't go looking for. A female with a knife sticking out of her head was perceived in Foss State Park by the park headquarters flinging pieces of wood. When the bystander came into view the phantom fled. The ghost of a female with a plastic bag tied around her head was distinguished trying on clothes in a Carter trailer. The appearance of the witness alarmed the ghost who then faded away.
