I can remember hearing a little about the Manitou when I was a small kid but do not know if it is true or not. But Deer woman is not just a Story and should not be taken lightly. This pretty soft Lovely looking spirit is very real and very dangerous. She is Only dangerous to men and boys because women have the Power to make her leave by yelling and screaming at her. This makes Deer woman mad and you can hear her     screaming and roaring if she cannot have her way with a Man or boy. I have heard her scream twice in my life time and it sent cold chills up and down my body. All men and boys should fear her and not let themselves be tricked by her.
