Rudy and Myself  went right up stairs and as we got closer we heard foot steps going in the opposite direction from the stair case as I got closer there was a large book shelf that fell in front of me like someone intentionally pushed it in front of me and as I stopped I looked over and saw what appeared to be two human shaped figures.  As I stood there in total fear Rudy came to see what was going on and he     saw the apparitions looking at us we  backed out and headed for the stairs. we didn't know what the hell to do..from that day on I hadn't worked or conducted any kind of duty there because of the accounts I relayed to my company commander. I now live in Elgin and have not been back to ft sill in over 10  years, but I don't believe this building is even being used anymore as far as I know and I have no intention of finding out either.
