Fort Supply, Oklahoma Ghost Tales There is a mental institution at Fort Supply, Oklahoma that has been there for many years. To even pass by Fort Supply sends a shiver up your spine. Be certain not to do any driving in the general area of Fort Supply after the sun goes down. There are all kinds of creepy things that can happen to you. There is the hitchhiking ghost of a crying lady in her 60's who will try to flag your car down. She wears a yellow coat, and has short blonde curly hair, and no teeth. A friend of mine stopped and tried to give her a lift. She sat down in the front seat of his car and said, ''Please get me out of here.'' Then she disappeared while he was driving. My friend did some checking around and was told about a lady who was around her age that was once institutionalized by her children who did not want to take care of her. I feel kind of sorry for the poor old ghost lady and wish she could find some peace.
