A guy without a head has supposedly been perceived on numerous instances in Altus-Lugert State Wildlife Management Area in the early morning hours before sunrise pulling a dead body over rocks. Folks here who have witnessed this spirit assert this spirit is the undead soul of a long forgotten Granite local resident.
