Grove, Oklahoma Ghost Tales | |
|
About a year ago, ( May 07) I worked at the local Arby's restaurant on the nightshift. I was closing that night, it was only me, the nightly manager and the store manager working with an empty restaurant. I was mopping the floor as I do every closing shift, while I was facing the window I mopped and seemed to caught my reflection in a different postion than I was standing. For merely a second, I saw somebody mopping facing sideways staring at me with a grin. I, without thinking stopped and took a double take at the window then behind me..nothing was there. I told my store manager about my experince, and her eyes grew with shock.
It turns out that when the store was first built, a high schooler worked here and every night would mop the floor. The boy died in an accident by hitting a semi-truck. She then told me earlier that day, she believed she saw a face in smoke! This has been the only night to date of this encounter. This is my honest story. Believe in an open mind. ----There is only haunted people, not haunted places. . Submitted by Kyle
