Hodgen, Oklahoma Ghost Tales

I have lived in Hodge all my life, and being like most of the kids around here we play at night.... I never heard any of my old folks tell us anything about ghost (but I never asked) until I found this website.... but I always knew something is out there! Hodge is a very friendly place in the day but at night the atmosphere changes it is as if you are not welcome. strange noises fill the night air and the occasional train, I have heard women screaming but let us not be fooled.... we have panthers!  A few years ago my cousin and I were taking a midnight four wheeler ride in and around black fork creek, while riding my four-wheeler died (we thought it ran out of gas, but it had plenty!)so we sat and discussed how we were going to go about getting it out of there when we could here a man talking, so we shut our mouths and( we were technically trespassing) began looking around for the voices owner, then as soon as it started it ended. we got spooked then hauled ass, then my cousins four-wheeler just dies before we could get up the hill to get
to the main road. it wasn't out of gas, the engine wasn't flooded (from crosses a little ravine) it just up and died. we were scared at that point then the mans voice was right behind us and we could see no one in the dirt road where it was coming from.... I don't even think we screamed, we ran so fast and ran and ran and ran for about a mile until
we reached the safety of my house. it took us two weeks to finally musture up the courage and get our four-wheeler's, and the crazy thing was when we tried to start them it was a breeze! I have had a few unexplainable experiences, but I guess that make your raising in Hodgen a very unique one at that! I have tons more creepy experiences in my arsenal!!!.
