My friend once lived there and claimed she and her family saw shadows and heard things. She did not believe her family when they first told her but one night she had saw and heard them so from that point she did belive. They told her that if she ignored them they would go away but they never did so one day they had moved out, and never went there agin but sometimes drive by and     remember that there is something dark and cold in that house and feel bad for the people who live there now and thank that that was once them....
