Millerton, Oklahoma Ghost Tales I was waterin in slopin my hogs one summer evenin and was feelin a little tired so I figured I would take a nap there in the barn.  My wife had kicked me out and I didnt realy have no place to stay so I figured that was jest as good a place as any. The barn was built there Millerton back in the late 40's and had a history of bein inhabited by the spirits in such but I didnt believe any that nonsence ofcourse.  Round midnite I woke up when I heard somethin maken racket there in the loft.  I climbed up there and I promise ya there was a ghost with transparent features uncommon to anything in nature.  The ghost had a pitch fork in his hand and he had a face that resembled my sow hog.  I ran to the house and told my wife and she called the police on me sayin I done busted a spring.  I tried to show the officer what I encountered but there was nothing up there but an old pitch fork.  I never spent another nite in that haunted barn I do say.
