Our home was once an old doctors office a teachers house and home to many families so I can only assume that we are not the only ones who have seen things here.

My dog sleeps inside the house at night. I have noticed several times that my dog barks at things in the house that I cannot see. Lots of times my dog will whine and then come and stand beside me and shake.

I don't tell any one about this because I do not want to be laughed at. I do wish my dog could talk and tell me what he sees that freaks him out so badly. My friend told me that a man committed suicide in the house before I moved there.

There are more than just a few ghosts in Olustee Oklahoma. I have witnessed several ghosts at the Olustee cemetery. One of the ghosts is that of a man who wears faded blue overalls. One day two years ago I saw a ghost on the road just west of Olustee and this ghost was wearing a white Stetson cowboy hat.
I felt so sorry for the ghost with the hat because it had such a sad look on it's face. A person can get a very depressed feeling by just driving through Olustee. I have noticed whenever Olustee has a large grasshopper population in the summer the ghosts and spirits seem to want their presence to be known.
