Just three months later my grandmother also passed away there in Paden. I was extremely grief stricken, but I tried not to show it because they were my mothers parents, and she would wake up at night crying if she dreamed about them. By the time spring arrived my mother was doing some better, and so was I. Then one day I felt very tired after eating my     lunch and laid down on my bed to take a nap. I was just about to doze off and remember thinking that it was a little too cool in the room. Suddenly, my grandmother who was dead picked up the blanket on the end of my bed and spread it over me. I guess most people would have been scared to death, but not me because I fell fast asleep. A couple of hours later I woke up thinking I had dreamed the entire episode, but also realized I had not covered myself with the blanket.
