asked if they saw him too and they both said yes. Talking about cold chills I had them bad! That was the only ghost or something unexplainable I had ever seen in Snyder and I was a person of the night.
I would say in Snyder there are ghosts but no more than anywhere else!.

You know I grew up in Snyder. We did have lots and I mean lots of tornados come thru. They didn't always touch down in town though. The Indian legends are correct there. I just never saw a ghost though.
Nor have I a heard of any ghosts until I read of the above post. I don't know the Griffins. Apparently they weren't around when I live there.|

Snyder, Oklahoma was constructed on land that is cursed. If you check the history of Snyder it all becomes very clear. An f-5 tornado practically wiped the town out in the early 1900's. The local Indian population of that area even warned the white settlers of a curse before Snyder was built.
There was once an Indian village where Snyder was built, but it was destroyed, and put fear in the hearts of the Indians. The Indians called the curse 'the old man of many fingers. ' it was their way of describing all of the tornadoes that have hit that location.
