It was cold and getting dark. We were looking in a shed and heard something coming from the house. We walked up and opened an unlocked sliding door. We called for Mildred and heard the sound again so we just walked in. The weird noise was coming from a back bedroom. I went to one bedroom to look for Mildred and my Friend went     to the other. We stopped calling to listen for a sound but it was silent. All of a sudden I heard a crash and I ran to the room that my Friend was in. She was gone. I haven't seen her or Mildred since that cold Winter evening. But I can still feel her rub my back the way we used to. El fin.
