One of the locals decisively declares that this phantom loves scaring unwise people who are fearless enough to disturb the quiet in Tecumseh. One thing's for sure, it's a terrifying ghost that should be steered clear of.
A young girl in a blood-splattered dress was witnessed snooping in mailboxes before dawn in Tecumseh. When the ghost was seen it vanished into the air. A number of of the folks here claim this phantom loves terrifying folks who come looking for phantoms in Tecumseh. Either way, it sure is a chilling ghost that you do not want to come across late in the night.
