I went to the kitchen to get a flash light. I was used to being in the dark cause we were experiencing electrical problems but I always had my roommate with me but she was on vacation with her family. At first I was dealing with the situation and was trying to stay calm but a few minutes later after I went to my room I heard footsteps in the     kitchen and I heard my cupboard door slamming. I went to Check it out but when I got there there was no one. I thought it was my imagination and went back to bed but I heard it again. Then I started to panic. I thought it was an intruder but when I checked the whole apartment no one was there. I went to the living room to get my cellphone to Call my boyfriend but I heard the cupboard slam again and this time it was even louder. I took my phone with me when I went to Check it out.
