A fluorescent human figure has been witnessed on frequent occasions at a pay phone in Wister making a telephone call. The ghost of a pregnant lady may sometimes be witnessed at Wister Dam on a dark night seeking a shoe. One thing is for certain, it in all certainty is a creepy ghost that should be stayed away from.
