The grain elevator on the north side of Main Street may be haunted. On nights I drive by one light is on. Other nights it is off. This could be the teen who fell off the roof in the 70's.

In 1986 myhusband and I lived on royal Lane by skyview Elementary and I was pregnant qwith first child I had a cat that would stare up at the rafted ceilings and then run away it always freaked me out after my child was born she was in neonatal intensive care for over a month very ill baby close to dying at times at that time I stayed around the clock at the hospital far northwest okc (mercy) my husband went home at night to care for the dog, and sleep as he was working one night he said that someone was banging hard on the front door and our chow ''kong'' went crazy and was barking barking growling showing teeth unlike he had ever acted before and when my husband got up and put some shorts on to go to tthe door he said he could not see it was like pitch black down the hallway and kong was pawing visciously at the front door and the banging continued . As he got his gun and yanked the door open no one was there at all and the room and house lightened up. Immediately the baby in nicu started getting better from that point on and is now grown married and has a baby of her own and is a rn as a result of her rough start she was interested in medicine .
