A gentleman

    with the head of a devil has been distinguished on a few instances washing a blood-covered scarf in Rathjen Springs on a dark night. One thing's for guaranteed, this phantom indisputably is chilling;
  one that you would not want to bump into in the early morning hours before sunrise.

A semi decomposed human cadaver can every now and then be spotted by Domer Reed Lake Dam at night staring at the water.
