Aquilla, Texas Ghost Tales


The sunlight hours in Aquilla, Texas are the same as sunlight hours anywhere else, but some long forgotten folks from the olden days have returned to this town. Spirits are so typical here; many folks who live here don’t even think about it anymore. Not everyone trusts in the accounts the folks who live here tell, but anyone who has stayed for a few days in Aquilla, Texas knows better.

The ghost of an aged gentleman with a large gray mustache is every now and then made out looking at the scenery at Aquilla
 
    Dam in the early morning hours before sunrise. Well, this ghost sure is frightening; one that should be left alone.

The ghost of a guy dressed in a military uniform can every so often be made out
  going nuts in the middle of Alligator Creek.

A knight's armor from the middle ages with no human being inside has often been distinguished in a grocery store in the Aquilla area.

The phantom of a woman with a sack fastened around her head is repeatedly noticed by Chalk Bluff piling stones. Residents here allege that this ghost is possibly the stressed ghost of a local resident who used to have a home here in Aquilla.

A large creepy spirit has allegedly been witnessed on a handful of instances trying on a shirt in an Aquilla building. A resident argues that this ghost is the struggling spirit of a long dead Aquilla person who lived here.
