Atlanta, Texas Ghost Tales | |

Me and my friend live close to where Bouge Street meets Baker St. in Atlanta, Tx. Its very small and almost appears to be an alley. In the field at the top of the street we witnessed a young woman being gunned down by around five or six men in civil war uniforms. They were yelling at her and calling her witch. She was wearing a simple white and brown dress with a white bonnet and her bonnet flew off as the hitting shot brought her down. She continued moving towards the tree line until she was too weak to move. Her mother was ill with a heart problem and she had been trying to find an herbal cure for her. This was mistaken for witchcraft and so she was sought out and killed. Her mother was watching as it happened and fell to her knees as a heart attack took over. Her mom was watching from the top part of the road...the road wasn't there at the time. The girls name was Sarah and you can still see here sometimes at night walking in the trees or replaying her death seen over and over again. Both of us have psychic abilities and put together all

sooo small* We would very often see a little boy sitting up in a tree looking down at us when we were in our back yard. He didn't seem to mind that we were there. He seemed really sweet. Around 7 or 8. We often called him Billy. He actually became our outside friend. lol. Submitted by Denise
During the day Atlanta, Texas is a typical US municipality, but this municipality has bloodcurdling enigmas masked in the dark. Night is living dead time in this place. A number of folks who live here declare these reports are lies, but anybody who has stayed overnight in Atlanta, Texas knows better.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
The spirit of a young-looking lady dressed as a maid has supposedly been spotted on a handful of occasions watching shows in an Atlanta living room late in the night. No matter what people articulate, this is a bad ghost that should be avoided.
The ghost of a down-and-out man was witnessed going through trash cans on an Atlanta road. When the bystander

showed up the ghost escaped. Some of the folks who live here declare this spirit takes pleasure in scaring unwise people who are brave enough to disturb the silence in Atlanta.
