A little more than a decade ago one day during a break from a downtown errand with a group of women there we walked back towards the southern perimeter of a historic building that sits on the corner of west tenth and Colorado Streets. As I admired the well kept lawn and it's surrounding landscape I felt an impact of energy coming from the direction of the building as I walked on it's adjoining sidewalk. At that moment I thought about the historic events the building had undergone.

The spirits surrounding it gave a signal of sadness and holding their strength under guard. It's really another warning signal to our current world. As a child I wondered about it's strangeness as the building laid unlit in it's past times enclosed by tall trees.

At the time there was an empty field a block from an elementary school along south first Street. Coming to around more than thirty years ago a child of no more than twelve lost her life there in tragic sense during a nighttime errand. After her passing as I drove through the area I felt strong and spirits of conflict within the perimeter. Few years past this tragedy her spirits were still warning the current world. Her spirits had undergone a painful process.
