In Waco's Cameron Park Many People Climb (Jacob's Ladder) I Have Not Climb The Ladder For Myself Because I'm 13! Anywaays when my mom was younger she climbed the ladder and many people were with her and as they were climbing there was ghostly body parts finger,arms,hands,legs etc.When they were climbing back down fastly a body was visible but when the picture was devloped no ghost was visable..:/ only AT 12:00AM.
